AI Safety and Moderation
This page explains how AI Nail blocks unsafe prompts before generation, how repeated abuse is handled, and how users can appeal a mistaken block.

Automated review before generation
AI Nail reviews prompts before generation and may also evaluate related uploads or request context when available. Unsafe, ambiguous, or unreviewable requests are blocked before an image task is created.
If a moderation check fails or cannot return a valid result, generation is not allowed to continue.
Prohibited requests
We do not allow requests involving NSFW sexual content, minors, deepfakes, impersonation, graphic violence, unlawful activity, or content that infringes privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
If a feature uses real people or uploaded photos, you must only submit content you own or are explicitly authorized to use.
Enforcement and repeated abuse
Blocked requests may be logged with request identifiers, timestamps, and policy reasons so that abuse can be investigated and reviewed.
Repeated attempts to submit unsafe content may result in stricter enforcement, including cooldowns, access restrictions, or account suspension.
Appeals and review
If you believe a request was incorrectly blocked, contact support@ainail.design and include the request time, account email, and a short explanation.
We may manually review flagged or reported cases and update our decision where appropriate.
