Refund Policy
This page explains renewal cancellation, one-time pack handling, and how billing issues or mistaken charges can be reviewed.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel before the next billing cycle to stop future renewal charges.
Cancellation does not automatically refund charges for the current paid period once access has already been provisioned, except where required by law or approved after support review.
One-time purchases
One-time image packs are generally non-refundable after successful delivery because access is provided immediately.
We may review requests for accidental duplicate charges, failed provisioning, or verified technical issues that prevented the purchased access from being delivered.
Blocked or unsafe requests
Requests blocked by moderation do not create image generation tasks and should not intentionally consume external generation resources.
Refund eligibility is not created merely because a prompt was disallowed; however, if you believe you were charged incorrectly during a failed or blocked request, contact support for investigation.
How to request review
Email support@ainail.design with your account email, order details, and a short explanation of the issue. Include screenshots when possible.
We aim to respond to billing and refund inquiries within 3 to 5 business days.
